Holiday Shipping Information

Orders placed by 5 PM ET on December 16, 2025, are expected to arrive by December 24, 2025, based on current carrier estimates. This date is not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to help ensure timely delivery.

General Shipping Information

Due to office closures on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, orders will ship Thursday through Monday.

The National Comedy Center ships Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM ET. Orders placed before 3 PM ET during the week are typically shipped the same day. All orders are shipped from Jamestown, NY, with the exception of select apparel and home goods items, which are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail, and packages generally arrive 2–3 business days from the date shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with any questions regarding missing deliveries.

Shipping Rates

Contiguous U.S.

• Orders up to $19.99 → $8.95

• Orders up to $49.99 → $10.95

• Orders up to $99.99 → $14.95

• Orders up to $149.99 → $18.95

Rush shipping is available for additional varied rates.

Outside the Contiguous U.S.

A standard flat rate is charged for shipments outside the contiguous United States. If the actual carrier cost exceeds the amount charged at checkout, the customer must pay the difference or the order will be canceled.

Members

National Comedy Center Members receive free domestic shipping on online orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returned orders.

International Shipping

Shipping times for international orders are not guaranteed due to potential customs delays. No refunds will be issued for international shipping under any circumstances.

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is available Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM ET will be shipped the next business day.
